    2 Tbsp of apple cider
    2 Tbsp of baking soda
    1 tsp of cayenne pepper

    Put in an 8 oz glass and fill with water and mix. Taste not the greatest, but it works. Take two to three times a day. Apparently, a warm bath with ginger powder and baking soda helps as well

    for bladder infection:
    ph in off in your body. Use 1 tsp sea salt in 8 oz. water- if you can stand it include 1 Tbsp. pure cranberry concentrate with the sea salt and drink. 2 or 3 times a day until symptoms are gone. the first sea salt drink should knock out the infection- they hate salt. If not just keep it going for a week if needed. It worked for me after years of antibiotics- share with everyone you know!

    Kidney Flush
    3 ounces of Pineapple Juice
    3 ounces of Tonic Water
    1 Tablespoon of Black Cherry Juice (Best if purchased at Health Food Store)(Kroger also has a good brand of natural Black Cherry Juice)
    1 pinch of Nutmeg
    1 pinch of Cinnamon
    1 or 2 Cranberry Pills
    This taste very good and it works. It helps to break up stones and the Black Cherry Juice helps Gout too. (You can take a cranberry pill with this Kidney Flush to help bladder problems.

    At first feelings of pain take:
    4 425 mg Juniper Berries capsules
    2 500 mg Cinnamon capsules
    2 Oil of Oregano capsules
    2 Olive Leaf capsules
    2 Probiotics two to three hours apart. This usually knocks it right out for me however if I’ve waited too long until painful urination, I have to take this every two-three hours for the first day. Day two, go down to 2 Juniper Berries and 1 Cinnamon, 1 Oil of Oregano, 1 Olive Leaf and 2 Probiotics with 2 500 mg. Apple Cider Vinegar capsules. I also take two of my spices from the cabinet, Thyme and Oregano and make a tea sweetend with honey and sip on it all day.

    Cranberry capsules…..Right when I feel a Bladder infection coming on, I take 2 capsules and in about 15 minutes its back to normal! : 0 )

    For kidney pains….. take whole nutmeg and grate it ( must be whole not powder form) heat about 1/4 glass of milk to strong lukewarm, add 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg, and drink, you will feel ease in urinating in a short while, repeat a few times if necessary
