All of these are good remedies, however Chiropractic is not mentioned. My biggest problem when it comes to back pain, is that I have a weak stomach and a weak butt. I have been doing sit ups and butt lifts the past few weeks, and it’s amazing how much better I sleep, how much further I can walk, and how much better I feel. If you strengthen your abs and glutes, it takes off a lot of the stress on your back because when your stomach and butt are weak, your back is doing all the work. Also stretching helps too! Hope this helped someone!

Chiropractors can help but before you go to one get an MRI done to see if you have a herniated disc or buldging disc a chiropractor can actually do more harm then good if the is the case. Mine is the L5 to S1 and yes I would feel good after a visit but that wouldn’t last now that I’m not going to the chiropractor my back has improved but it’s not as good as it was. Lots of strecthing and stomach and back exercises with walking is helping also look for tart cherry juice it’s a natrual pain killer and buy cialis in great britain it doesn’t taste bad either. But what I’m looking for is a way to fix my buldged disc and if anyone has a suggestion on that I would love to hear it.
