		<description>I recently visited a doctor and they had what they called gentle movement yoga classes.I went and loved it I still do the yoga when I have pain in my back and neck.It is developing a relationship with your body mind and soul.you do positions like a cat with you on hands and knees like a cat then you arch your back in the air till you can handle it hold the position then relax back down do that then put knees under you and arms way over your head and with arms over head on floor and face on floor bring your butt back twards your heels then go forward.these positions help me I hope they help you</description>
